With a WP EasyCart Maintenance program, you get access to a WordPress and EasyCart expert to help maintain your website. Need a new page created, or want someone to update your website and make sure it's secure each month? Our maintenance program will allow a web master to keep your site updated and rolling smoothly. Normal EasyCart support allows a technician to help with all things related to EasyCart, but our maintenance program goes much further. We will act as your website developer. We can install new plugins, update your WordPress, and do things beyond EasyCart that you may need. This provides you approximately 1 hour of technician support each month. Some months you may not even need a customization, so we will make sure to login and update your plugins and WordPress site for you. Should you need a tweak, just email us and we will do that as well. What's not included? We can not rebuild your entire theme and design for this cost. We can not do extensive customization that takes hours and hours worth of work. We can only do a fair amount of work for a fair fee, so it has to be within reason. IF a request is a bit more than we can do for our maintenance program, we will always inform you and give you a quote.
