Technicians and our support ticket system response times are typically within 24 hours (normally within hours) and provide one-on-one personal care with your website to help work out any issues that may arise. We are able to identify plugin or theme conflicts and assist in finding solutions should you need to leverage the WP EasyCart system in a creative or new way for your business.
