WP EasyCart is made by Level Four Development in Pendleton, Oregon: two developers with more than 55 years of combined experience, and a WordPress shopping cart plugin used by stores around the world.
WP EasyCart grew out of client work. Building online stores for customers at Level Four Development, we kept reaching for the same thing: a shopping cart that gets a store running fast, looks good from day one, and still bends when a project needs something custom. So we built one, right inside WordPress.
Today it’s the shopping cart plugin we wished we’d had back then. Products, checkout, payments, shipping and tax live in one plugin, with PRO and Premium for stores that grow. We still design it, write the code and answer the support tickets ourselves.

Josh founded Level Four Development and WP EasyCart, and brings more than 32 years of experience. Before WordPress, he built a Flash-based shopping system that became the #1 seller of its kind.
He holds a master’s degree in project development and programming, spent a decade teaching and building software, and also runs an educational software business. Anything where computers and ecommerce meet, he’s in.
Matt wrote much of the code inside WP EasyCart and has more than 25 years in web development. Through Level Four Development and his own studio, Mattcorley.biz, he has built custom web projects for more than 100 companies around the world.
