What to know before you download.

Do the WP EasyCart apps need Premium?

Yes. The apps connect to your store through WP EasyCart Premium, so Premium must be installed and licensed on the site.

Which phones do the apps run on?

WP EasyCart for Android runs on Android 8.0 or later from Google Play. WP EasyCart for iPhone is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

Can I manage more than one store?

Yes. Add each WP EasyCart store with its own login, and switch between them in the app.

Will I get a notification for new orders?

On Android, yes: the app sends a push notification for each new order, and you can turn alerts on or off for each store.

Can I refund an order from my phone?

Yes. Open the order and issue a full or partial refund. It goes back through the payment gateway the customer paid with.
