Included with PremiumEvery sale in your books, as it happens.
Orders, customers, payments and refunds go to QuickBooks Online on their own, with the tax your store charged. When an invoice is paid in QuickBooks, the order is marked paid in your store.
An order paid at checkout becomes a sales receipt, deposited to the account you choose for each payment service. Unpaid orders become invoices, with a payment once paid.
Each product sells as its own item, matched by SKU, then name, or made the first time it sells. Or send every sale as one item. Shipping, fees, tips, duty and gift cards get items of their own.
Recorded as QuickBooks sales tax in the US and with QuickBooks tax codes (VAT, GST, PST, HST) elsewhere, or as its own line when AvaTax, TaxJar or TaxCloud files it for you.
Refunds become refund receipts or credit memos. Canceled and deleted orders void their sale. When an invoice is paid in QuickBooks, the order is marked paid.
Sending never holds up checkout, retries when QuickBooks is busy, and holds an order with the reason when a setting needs you.
Activity shows what was sent and what needs you, on the order, customer and product screens too. Check everything reads your sales back from QuickBooks and reports any that differ.
